Because we sell digital products, all purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted or files have been delivered. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Nature of Our Products

All Deenelle products are digital unless clearly stated otherwise.

This means:

  • no physical item will be shipped
  • products are delivered electronically
  • access may be provided through a download link, email, checkout confirmation page, or account area

Due to the nature of digital products, we are generally unable to accept returns in the same way physical goods are returned.

2. General Refund Policy

Because digital files can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we want every customer to have a smooth experience. If you have a genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

  • missing email delivery

  • accidental duplicate purchases

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a delivery or technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • the email used for purchase
  • your order number
  • a short explanation of the issue

7. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us. Once verified, we may refund the duplicate charge.

8. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving genuine problems fairly and quickly.

Unauthorized chargebacks after successful delivery may be disputed with the payment provider using proof of access, download, or delivery.
